'Katie was more than happy to help out Amy and responded saying she was sat in the manager's office having lunch and invited Amy to join her and pick up a copy of the book. She was looking forward to seeing Amy but got no reply.'
Writing on her Twitter page today, 20-year-old Amy made no mention of Katie at all: 'Is having a trip to Bluewater with mummy and nan...'
Later updating: 'Had a good day Christmas shopping .... Not many presents left.
