Stifler's mom has STILL got it going on! Jennifer Coolidge is as red hot as ever as gang reunite for another slice of American Pie

She prowled onto our cinema screens way back when the cougars of Hollywood were still kittens, but our sneak peek at the American Pie Reunion proves Stifler's mom is still queen of the jungle.

Back in 1999, the voluptuous blonde seduced her son's classmate and it's clear that actress Jennifer Coolidge, now 48, is still alluring as she approaches her half century mark.

A shot from next year's film, which will just be called American Reunion, shows the hot mama poured into a crimson dress as she reclines lasciviously on a leopard-print chair.

Still got it!: Stifler's mom is as alluring as she was when the film first shook our screens in 1999

It's an iconic shot of the character who ushered the dubious acronym M.I.L.F into the wider public consciousness.

But it remains to be seen if she'll reunite with Paul, played by Eddie Kaye Thomas, now 30 , after their original pool table romp, as the two are not pictured together.

Instead the character christened 's***break' by his paramour's son, can be seen in a Reservoir Dogs line up with his classmates.

Chris Klein, 32, who played 'Oz', Thomas Ian Nicholas, 31, as Kevin, 33-year-old Jason Biggs and of course, Sean William Scott, 35, as the inimitable 'Steve' Stifler join him.

But don't expect a boys-only romp, as Stifler's mom isn't the only attractive woman returning to torment our oversexed protagonists.

Alyson Hannigan, 37, returns as Michelle, while 35-year-old Tara Reid - fresh from Big Brother in the UK - is back as Victoria.

Mena Suvari, 32, is pretty as a moorland flower as Heather.

Jim's long-suffering father, Eugene Levy, 64 , is also back to try and set his son, now a father, on to the right path in life. 

Though from the looks of the trailer, he still has some way to go. 

The film is written and directed by Harold and Kumar directors Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg.

Gentlemen Prefer Blondes: Tara Reid and Mena Suvari are back for the reunion 

It is the fourth in the original series of after 2001's American Pie 2 and 2008's American Wedding (2003). 

The film is scheduled for a theatrical release on April 6, 2012.
