And Anna Paquin certainly got her blood pumping as she went for an exhausting run in picturesque Marina del Ray, California today.

The True Blood star wore a see-through white T-shirt, bright pink sports bra and black running shorts as she enjoyed her invigorating jog.
The New Zealander actress, who previously starred as Rogue in the hit X-Men movies, says she loves a tough work-out.
She said: 'I like it if it's really gruelling and in the middle I feel like I really want to die! I like a challenge.

'One of the things I like to do is box, it's possibly better than therapy.
'A lot of times for women there's not an opportunity to have a physical outlet for our feelings, because we're taught not to be aggressive.'
She has also previously said she does not like perfectly sculpted celebrities who claim they do not have to maintain their physiques, as she feels they are not being honest with their fans.
She said: 'I work out like a maniac and I spray tan a lot. Genetics were kind, but I work very hard.'

The Oscar-winning actress also admits that appearing in the racy HBO show, in which she frequently appears nude or semi-clothed, gives her a special motivation to keep in shape.
She said: 'There’s just a little extra motivation of, 'Hmmm, teeny white shorts and a bikini top? I think I will go to pilates this morning'.'
Kiwi Anna first became famous after winning a best supporting actress Oscar at the age of 11 after playing a key role in acclaimed movie The Piano.
She continued to feature in films, before returning to prominence after winning the part of Rogue in hit 2000 film X-Men.
Since 2008 she has been the star of saucy cable television favourite True Blood, where she met her English husband Stephen Moyer.
The Golden Globe-winning show has just completed fourth series, and a fifth has been commissioned for next year.
