Weave Whisperer! Jennifer Love Hewitt spends EIGHT hours in salon to get an extra 12 inches of hair extensions added on

Jennifer Love Hewitt seems to change her hairstyle as often as her boyfriends.

The 32-year-old endured an agonising eight hours at a top West Hollywood salon yesterday to get her tresses lengthened with hair extensions.

Just four days ago, the Ghost Whisperer actress was seen sporting a shoulder length bob with straight bangs.

But with the power of magic, and a few wefts of hair weave, Jennifer was pictured leaving the John Frieda salon with at least an extra 12 inches to flip around.

The actress got to the salon when it was still sunny and bright outside but it was getting dark by the time she finally left and she appeared to be relieved to be out of the stylist's chair.

Wearing black trousers, a simple black vest and a light-coloured scarf, Jennifer toted around her Louis Vuitton bag purse and a bag of goodies that she had taken in to keep her occupied.

When she emerged she was greeted by an eager fan who wanted to get his photograph taken with the new-look Jennifer.

The unlucky in love star maybe wants to get a new look as she enjoys her relationship with new man, actor Jarod Einsohn.

Things appears to be going from strength-to-strength for the couple.

The actress stepped out with her new young lover for a bite to eat at Katsuya in Los Angeles, just two weeks ago.

The pair  were first pictured together earlier last month when they grabbed a spot of lunch in LA.

Earlier this year Jennifer split with previous boyfriend Alex Beh.

She got together with Alex last July, less than four months after her split from her Ghost Whisperers co-star Jamie Kennedy who she dated for a year.

Before that she was engaged to Scottish actor Ross McCall.

The actress, who rose to fame through her role in the US show Party Of Five, had also been linked with a string of male celebrities including Carson Daly, John Mayer and Joey Lawrence.

She previously risked frightening men everywhere by admitting she has three engagement rings already picked out at high end jeweler Tiffany's just in case.
