It's the bane of most girls' lives - trying to apply lotion to one's back.
So if you have someone to do if for you - and when he happens to be a hunky man - life becomes a lot easier.
Big Brother contestant Aaron Allard-Morgan was more than willing to lather the fake tan on Abercrombie and Fitch store model Maisy James yesterday.
Helpful guy: Aaron Allard-Morgan offered to help apply fake tan to Maisy James' back when she said she couldn't reach
Come over here: Maisy had beckoned Aaron over and called his name while he made a rubbing gesture
The father-of-one, 30, spotted the 19-year-old awkwardly trying to reach her back in the Elstree house's windowed bathroom in nothing but a black bra and a thong.
He said to sales assistant Mark Henderson: 'Oh Maisy might need rubbing in... I'm trying to be helpful, she'd rub me in.'
He then gestured to her, asking whether she wanted him to help to which she called his name and beckoned him over.
You do it like this: Maisy demonstrated how to apply the spray tan and wipe it down afterwards as Aaron watched attentively
Keep your eyes on the job! Lucky Aaron got a spectacular view of Maisy's behind
You're doing well: Aaron appeared to know what he was doing, telling Maisy 'I get the whole misty effect thing'
He said delightedly 'Oh yep hello, we're in' to which Mark retorted 'good work'.
Maisy explained how to apply the spray tan but Aaron insisted he knew what he was doing, saying 'I get the whole misty effect thing.'
She admitted it would be hard for him to avoid white patches as she was wearing a thong.
Aaron said innocently: 'Are you undoing your bra or are you taking your bra off. What are you doing.
Finishing touches: Maisy put on another coat of tan after she had finished her back
Nearly over: Aaron admitted afterwards that tanning Maisy was not as fun as it sounded and agreed with fellow contestant Mark that it was 'too technical'
But Maisy said quickly: 'No ill keep it on, that's fine... just long, even strokes'.
As he sprayed her body, Maisy claimed that she didn't 'ever' wear fake tan but was inspired by Aaron who wears it.
After he'd finished she added yest another coat to her front half.
When he sat back in the living room, he told Mark that 'rubbing Maisy down wasn't as half as fun as it sounds' because it was too technical.
Not hot: Earlier Alex Lee Rose had been tasked by Big Brother with getting four fake tans to resemble an Oompa Loompa
Maisy turned out a slight shade of orange but she wasn't as bad as serial fake-tanner Alex Rose Lee.
During a task in the house, the McDonald's work had to endur four spray tans to resemble an Oompa Loompa.
The task was part of a two-day challenge where the housemates were informed that to pass this week’s shopping task they would just have to say 'yes' to every question.
The message was all about being positive, so Big Brother didn’t want to hear the word 'no'.
I've got you! Aaron got cosy with another contestant yesterday - competitive wrestler Faye Palmer
Who's winning? As Aaron tried to have a conversation with Anton about the food in the house, Faye playfully attacked him
Lounge-wear: Clad in their pajamas, the pair rolled around on the bed for several minutes
Meanwhile Aaron got cosy with another contestant yesterday - competitive wrestler Faye Palmer.
As he tried to have a conversation with Anton about the food in the house, she playfully attacked him.
Clad in their pajamas, the pair rolled around on the bed for several minutes.
Also yesterday, stripper Rebeckah Vaughan and healer Heaven Africa showed fellow contestant Tom O'Connell so moves on the house's stripper pole.
She made rude gestures and said: 'Me and Heaven used to do the same job but don't tell anyone.'
Getting rude: Former stripper Rebeckah Vaughan showed off her moves on the house's stripper pole
My turn! Heaven Africa also had a go on the poll, spinning and sliding down it
Aden Theobald, 18, has fallen hard for the blonde bombshell, telling her in the garden yesterday that she was 'absolutely gorgeous... one in a billion.'
And as they snuggled up in bed, the pair talked marriage.
She asked him: 'Would I be able to keep my surname? I don't want to be Rebeckah Theobald.... I could be Vaughan-Theobald, you could be Vaughan-Theobald.'
He replied: No, I'd be Theobald-Vaughan. It's man and wife.'
